We can support people with managing bills or resolve debt issues. With the introduction of Universal Credit we know that change can be scary and it takes times to adjust.  Our staff can support people to plan and manage the changes.  Support includes:

 

  • Benefit support, helping you to resolve issues, fill in forms and make phone calls

  • Help you to manage your debts and make phone calls 

  • Planning, resolving and prioritising issues

  • Support to attend appointments

  • Support in applying for PIP and ESA
