In 2015 The Pathways Unemployment Group (P.U.G.) was first started by Andy Jones to help people with disabilities and additional needs to search for paid or voluntary work placements. 

It soon became clear that many people found interviews or application forms stressful or difficult to complete, and a lot of individuals had incomplete written CVs for various reasons.

 

This was when the idea of a digital CV was born. To see beyond the paper work and see the individual for the person they are, and the skills they possess. See the person behind the CV.
